Show the land, the barn and the house.
A country property is a set of things buyers want to see together: the house, the barn and outbuildings, the fencing and paddocks, the ponds and tree lines and how it all sits on the land. We photograph each piece from the ground and the whole thing from the air.
Packages and prices.
Most farm listings need more photos than a house: add sets of 10 for the outbuildings and land.

A shot list for acreage.
- The approach: the gate, the drive and the first view of the house.
- Barns and stables: aisle, stalls, tack and feed rooms, wash stall, hay storage.
- Riding: arenas, round pens and trails.
- Fencing and pasture: board, wire or electric, run-in sheds, water.
- Other buildings: equipment sheds, workshops, guest or tenant houses.
- From the air: the whole parcel in context, the tree lines, ponds, streams and neighboring land.
Hunt country, in season.
Fauquier, western Loudoun, Culpeper and Rappahannock look their best in late spring, when pastures are green, and in October, when the hills turn. Winter shoots show bones and views, but brown grass is real; we can enhance a lawn near the house, but we don't repaint pastures. If a listing has to go up in February, a drone flyover of the whole property often tells the story better than ground photos of dormant fields.
Drone on large parcels.
Most farm country in our area sits outside the airport and military rings we check, so drone is usually a same-day part of the shoot. Near Manassas Regional, Dulles or Stafford Regional the pilot requests LAANC authorization, which usually comes through in minutes. Our pilots keep the aircraft within line of sight, so very large tracts may need a few take-off points. Horses can startle at drones; tell us where they'll be and we'll fly away from them or ask that they be stalled.
Boundaries and facts.
Buyers will ask where the property lines are. We can mark an approximate outline on an aerial, labeled as approximate, using the parcel information you provide from the county's GIS or a survey. It's a marketing graphic, not a survey, and we say so on the image. Acreage and building facts in captions come from you.
Questions, answered.
Do you travel to Rappahannock, Culpeper and the valley?
Yes. We cover 100 miles from Woodbridge, Virginia. Culpeper and Fauquier are in our core area; farther out, we confirm the date and any travel first.
Can you show property lines on the aerials?
Yes, as an approximate outline from parcel data you provide, clearly labeled as approximate.
Will the drone bother the horses?
Tell us where the horses will be. The pilot keeps distance and altitude, and we can stall them during the flight.
How many photos does a farm listing need?
More than a typical house. Plan the house set plus 10 to 20 frames for barns, fencing and land.
Book it in two minutes.
