Three homes, one story they'll actually watch.
Paste up to three listing links and KONAH Hello reads each address and the listing's preview, then writes a title, a short message and one line per home in your voice. Record yourself introducing them, or let the listing story play the homes on its own.
How a story comes together.
- Paste links from the major listing portals or your KONAH property websites. The address is read from the link, plus the page's own preview when the site allows it.
- Let KONAH AI write the title, message, teleprompter script and one line per home, using only the facts it was given. Fair Housing wording gets flagged, never changed silently.
- Record or skip it. Film a 30-second intro, or send the story as is and it auto-advances through the homes.
- Send each person their own link and see who watched which homes.
When to use one.
New matches for a buyer after a weekend of showings. A seller who wants to see the competition down the street. A relocating client comparing three neighborhoods from another state. Anywhere you'd send three links in a text and hope they click, a story does the job better.
Keep it accurate.
The lines are written only from the listing facts provided, and numbers that can't be confirmed should be checked before you send. Describe the homes, not who should live in them, and you're on solid Fair Housing ground. Our guide to Fair Housing-friendly listing descriptions goes deeper.
Questions, answered.
Do I have to be on camera?
No. The listing story can play the homes without you, though a short intro usually gets more replies.
Can I use other agents' listings?
You can share any public listing link with your clients, as you would by text. Follow your MLS's rules about advertising other brokers' listings.
