Every person gets their own KONAH Hello link, so tracking is personal: opened, played, watched to 70%, re-watched twice, tapped Book a call. You get a ping when it happens, and a nudge after 48 hours for anyone who hasn't opened.

What gets tracked.
- Opens and plays, per person.
- How far they watched, in 10% steps, and re-watches.
- Button taps: book a call, call, text, WhatsApp, email, pre-approval link.
- Replies (written or video) and calendar bookings.
- A new device on someone's link, which usually means it was forwarded.
Numbers you can trust.
Email security scanners, link previews in chat apps and some mail apps load links automatically. KONAH Hello spots those and shows them as possible previews, not opens. Your own views don't count either. Email "opens" aren't used at all; only real visits to the page are.
What to do with it.
The report shows the funnel, each person's activity, a "still watching" curve and suggestions, plus a Call today list of the people showing the most interest. Resend to people who haven't opened in one tap. For more on using video well, read our video email scripts for real estate.

Does tracking work if I text the link?
Yes. Tracking is on the page itself, so it works whether you send the link by email, text or WhatsApp.
Can people tell they're being tracked?
The page works like any web page. We recommend being upfront that you'll follow up, which is what the tracking helps you do well.
