A BombBomb alternative for real estate video email.

BombBomb has been part of real estate video email for more than a decade. If you're comparing options, the useful questions are about tracking you can trust, what the viewer can do next, and how fast you can record. Here's how KONAH Hello answers them.

What to look for.

We haven't listed BombBomb's feature details here because they change; check its current plans at bombbomb.com. Use these rows as your checklist for any video tool.

Why the tracking question matters.

Some mail apps fetch every image in a message as soon as it arrives. If a video tool counts that as an open, you'll see "viewed" on emails nobody looked at, and you'll call people at the wrong moment. KONAH Hello doesn't use email opens at all. It counts a view only when someone actually loads the video page, and it ignores link-preview bots and your own visits. It also tells you when a link opens on a new device, which usually means it was forwarded to a spouse or a partner.

Sending from your own phone.

Plenty of agents send most of their follow-up by text. With KONAH Hello you copy the person's link and send it from your own number by text or WhatsApp, or send it by email from "Your Name via KONAH" with replies going straight to your inbox. The viewer needs no app and no login.

When BombBomb may be the better fit.

If you've built years of campaigns, templates and integrations around BombBomb, or your CRM has a deep integration with it that your team relies on, moving costs time. Video habits are hard to build. If yours are working, protect them. Check BombBomb's current integrations and plans on its site before you decide.

Ten-minute test for any video tool.

  1. Record a 45-second hello using the tool's teleprompter.
  2. Send it to yourself on a phone and on a laptop, and to a friend.
  3. Check what the friend sees: is there a clear next step?
  4. Check what you see: did your own views count? Did the friend's?
  5. Time how long the whole thing took. That's the number that decides whether you'll keep doing it.
